From packing and shipping services to storage solutions, our team of professionals will ensure that all aspects are taken care of with the utmost care.
We provide a full range of services:
- receiving items into our purpose-built storage facility
- providing a full checking service
- documenting and storing the project items
- complete delivery and installation at the client’s location
- the removal of all debris
As soon as the items arrive in our warehouse, our warehouse team checks their condition, takes pictures of any external damage, confirms that the number of items is accurate and as expected, places them in storage under the client’s and project’s reference, records all of their locations, and emails the paperwork to the client.
In addition to the aforementioned, Luxfords can perform a thorough inspection of the goods – complete with unpacking, photographing, and repacking – on pre-notified shipments before the goods are placed in storage. For high-value items or items that might need to be stored for a longer period of time, this is a recommended option.
When a delivery service is requested, all of the items will be brought to the customer’s home, unpacked, and checked for damage again before being put together and put in the right place.
Regardless of size or location, we can help with the hanging of items like pictures, mirrors, televisions, and artwork thanks to our extensive network of suppliers and contacts.
All packaging and waste will be taken away, recycled, and disposed of.
